Diego Fiamenghi, Safety Coordinator at Milano Serravalle Engineering, spoke during the sixth edition of GIC-EXPO – Italian Concrete Days, taking part in the panel “The Virtuous Construction Site: Management Practices and New Solutions for the Evolution of Building”.
In his speech, he presented the safety design process for a complex construction site, set within a densely populated context, where the needs of the client, the local community and the contractors are structured and interfaced, while safeguarding the safety of both motorway and local road traffic, as well as the safety of operators.
An opportunity for discussion to share operational experiences and reflect on advanced construction site management models in a constantly evolving sector.
